Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, conducting market research, and managing client accounts.
Job Descriptions:
- Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals, cold calling, and cold visits to client premises.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and trying to find out clients' pain points and budgetary ideas.
- Conduct regular client visits and maintain consistent communication to achieve KPI targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and live demonstrations based on client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Close deals to drive company revenue and growth.
- Stay updated on product features and benefits.
- Develop business plans to achieve goals.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Monitor performance metrics and track progress.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- New Business Development and lead generation skills.
- Strong business acumen and effective communication skills.
- Experience in account management.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient.
- Proactive, strategic, and adaptable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong understanding of enterprise business product portfolios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
Bachelor's degree from any reputed university.
Work Days: Sunday to Thursday.
Work Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM.
Location: Mirpur DOHS, Dhaka.
