Job Overview:

As a Product Manager at our software company, you will play a crucial role in promoting the growth and success of our company. Your major role will be to manage the creation and implementation of innovative software products that fulfil the needs of our customers while also aligning with our company's strategic goals. You will lead the whole product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, by interacting with cross-functional teams and utilising your excellent market insights.

Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mevrik's AI-powered DCX platform.
• Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to develop and execute product plans that align with company goals.
• Prioritize features and development efforts based on business value, technical feasibility, and market demands.
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide the development process.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of product features and updates.
• Conduct regular product performance analysis, track key metrics, and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and iterate on the product.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge and identify potential product enhancements.
• Act as the product evangelist both internally and externally, effectively communicating the product's value proposition to stakeholders, clients, and prospects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in the software/technology industry.
• Understanding of AI, SaaS Applications, & Communication system like livechat, videochat & relevant technologies
• Demonstrated success in driving product development from ideation to launch and beyond.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment and respond to changing business needs.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
